Cozy, clean room with comfortable bed. Helpful staff with good English. Location close to market and river, easy access to French Quarter. Good breakfast, though small. a pleasant stay.

The location and the style of the hotel in spite some flaws in the room I chose. The breakfast is good.TYHe manager of the front desk.
An unexperienced and not too caring member of the staff at the front desk created some desappointment concerning the housekeeping. The management reacted very positively/

The location was great, and the terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the river; it was a great place to read and unwind.
The staff was very "business"; after check-in, there was hardly a smile left to spare. They were professional, though, and every need was indeed taken care of.

The breakfast was mind-blowing! The location couldn't be more perfect, close to main streets and markets. The room was spacious and had a jaw-dropping river view. a fantastic stay!

Good localization. Nice room. Breakfest also ok. We ariived early in the mornig and the room was waiting for us. But this is the end of "pluses", the list of "things we do not like" is unfortunatelly much longer...
The water pressure was very low it was difficult to take a shower. On the rooftop, each qouple hours the water was floating from one part to hotel to another it was difficult to sleep. No metter what do not take the trips thay offer. We took My Son (extrimely long and borring and a one dollar;) more the in another places). We also booked a bus to Hue. It was a real disaster and also one dollar per person more then We should pay. The driver of the bus stopped to buy shoes on the way! We have also stopped in Da Nang to get same cases of wine which after that was delivered to Hue... With all the passengers on bord. Amazing:) And all the way to Hue the lady from the hotel was calling the driver who handled as his mobile and she tried to convinced as the we payed 4 dollars less then we should. We gave here the amount she wanted(the us dollar - most expensive in Vietnam!) and we get our receipt. They do not accept credit cards, when in our confirmation on Booked.net there was an information that hotel accept visa, mastercard etc.

Location is good-right on the river and right at the start of the Old Town part of Hoi An. Nice patio overlooking river - great place to have a beer or cup of tea. Very nice room-but tight quarters with one queen bed in there! Bathroom was marble-very nice and clean. Breakfast from 6-10 is nice but you don' get much beyond a breakfast pancake and OJ. But it's something to start your day! A little snackshop/restaurant is 10 steps across the street. All in all, a pretty little hotel right on the river!
They do not have phones in the room-so wake-up calls are not a quarantee. They knocked on my door 10 min late one day and never knocked at all the next! Bring an alarm clock!

I recently stayed at Huy Hoang River hotel in Hoi An for 3 nights. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the ancient town and all the main attractions. I also appreciated the option to rent a bicycle to go to the beach, which was only half an hour away. The room was spacious and bright, with full-size windows. a great experience.
Would recommend this hotel.

>>> The location is great. Just by the center of Hoi An old town. So we did not need any extra transportation during the stay. Also it was good living close in center as everything closes at 11pm and we could still enjoy late evening walks by the river. >>> On the other hand the hotel is just in front of market so be ready for early wake up or ask reception to give a room to the other side of the market. >>> Rooms decor was nice, but not more 3 stars.
>>> It was quite dirty. Taking in account all the crappy and good hotels I have been in Vietnam. This would mid-range for cleanness. The sheets were clean, but bathroom was not so pleasant.

Stylish hotel, I liked its very central location close to de market, all the restaurants and sights in Hoi A, and the old town of Ho An. The bed was lovely and the room spotless & soundproof. There were an electric kettle and fridges too. Booked it for my trip and had a nice stay here.

fantastic location, overlooking river, near shops and market, in centre of old town.Stylish decor - the hotel looked better than it was.
Paper thin walls in bedrooms. No fridge/minibar ( didn't mind about minibar but in hot weather fridge is useful ), Only 3 breakfast tables so long wait at breakfast time.Limited breakfast menu compared with some other cheaper hotels e.g. no vietnames food on offer.Breakfast area in lobby - no chairs to sit on while waiting. Nowhere for people to meet.so not much atmosphere. .Internet access - one, sometimes two computers behind reception. Main receptionist not very friendly - none of the welcome I had at other hotels - heard her being brusque with others as well.

Good location and nice people. Rooms were quiet without any noise from the street
If you have noisy neighbours, you won't be happy. We stayed in room 212 and through the plafond, we heard everything from the people next door. But, from the 4 nights we stayed here, we only had 1 night problems. Further, the hotel is perfect. Maybe the price could be a bit lower than the 24 dollar we paid.

Great location by the river and close to all the tourist attractions in this city, including the food market. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was super. The room was clean and comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
